Making an SRT file
An SRT file is plain text: a number, a start and end time, then the line of dialogue. Because it is plain text, every editor and every platform reads it — which is why it remains the default subtitle format two decades on.
Most SRT generators ask you to upload your media. This one does not: the recognition runs on your own hardware, so there is nothing to wait in a queue for.
